Separate from the weekly curbside hauler — this is the dispatch surface for one-off junk hauls: furniture, appliances, eWaste, renovation debris, anything that won't fit in the bin or that the weekly hauler refuses. Truck-comes-when-you-call rather than recurring service. eWaste needs special handling under PA's Covered Device Recycling Act (CDRA) — TVs, monitors, computers, peripherals can't go in landfill, must route to a certified eWaste recycler.
