CONDITION: Engine non-operative. Unit stored approx. 2–3 years with fuel remaining in tank and carburettor.
SUSPECTED CAUSE: Varnished / gummed carburettor from stale ethanol fuel. Engine will not start.
REQUESTED WORK:
  1. Carburettor — rebuild or replace (whichever appropriate)
  2. Replace fuel line
  3. Replace fuel filter
  4. Replace spark plug
  5. Inspect cylinder bore before first start attempt
