Seasonal care — annual rhythm
- Spring opening (Apr-May): bring furniture out from winter storage · wash frames with mild soap · re-tighten any hardware that loosened · inspect cushion seams for rodent damage · check umbrella canopies for tears.
- Mid-season (Jun-Aug): rinse cushions monthly to prevent mildew · re-fluff foam · spot-clean stains with Sunbrella cleaner or 1 cup bleach + ¼ cup mild soap in 1 gal water (Sunbrella-safe formula).
- Late season (Sep): deep-clean cushions before storing · inspect frames for rust spots (treat with rust-converter + touch-up paint before winter) · take photos for end-of-year inventory snapshot.
