Notes
Two commercial-grade basement/crawl-space dehumidifiers — a red **Aircko 180 PPD** 5-Year Warranty unit (~2 years old at loss, ordered Sep 2019 from Amazon for $1,189.00) and a black **ALDRAH 165 PPD Smart Wifi** commercial dehumidifier with auto-pump (<1 year old, ordered Feb 2021 from Amazon for $1,027.46). Both stored in the equipment shed at the rear of the property; moved out after the 29 July 2021 tree-fall destroyed the shed roof and structural framing. Photo shows both units on the driveway with original Amazon order screenshots tiled above proving purchase prices and ages.
