Dear Taylor,  Claims Team,

We are in the process of finalising the order for our replacement shed and require clarification on a number of points before we proceed. Specifically, we would like to know:

1. Whether you have any stipulations regarding the specification or type of replacement shed that must be adhered to.
2. Whether the final invoice must match the exact settlement figure agreed during the prior evaluation, or whether any variance — above or below — is permissible.

We would appreciate a written response to the above at your earliest convenience, as we are ready to place the order and do not wish for any delay in this matter to affect our claim.
