I’m working through the volumes of correspondence you’ve sent. 
 • I’m having difficulty understanding several of the documents, as the language is extremely unclear for a non-professional reader. From what I can tell, they indicate that the remaining funds will only be released once a replacement shed is built.
 • You also repeatedly refer to this as a “repair.” Given that the shed was completely removed, I’m unclear why this terminology is being used.
Finally, am I correct in understanding that the remaining contents claim—despite evidence being provided—has been refused and that this portion of the claim is now closed?

Please confirm and clarify the above.
