  *   Photos of the damage from 2021 and;
  *   Your 2021 personal property list, which should include the item name/brand, age, and original purchase cost

In receipt of your official letters. Thanks for those.

  *   Attaching the latest property contents PDF (added the callout for product age). The work-in-progress spreadsheet will be the last piece of work that finalizes everything. I'm double-checking to make sure the links match the correct replacements, that original and replacement values are correctly stated, and that supporting URLs match products. All the ones in red are the *excluded damaged items with no receipts to prove ownership.
I'm getting close to handing it off. Audrey and I appreciate your patience & continued efforts with your team verifying and helping to structure the claim.
