Omega Seamaster Automatic Chronometer in need of a new watch clasp. Strap has the number: 1564/975.
I would like to send in my wife's old Omega Constellation watch, too. But I'll send the details in a separate email.
The Men's watch was recently (within 5 years) serviced by Omega in Switzerland. The lady's watch hasn't been serviced in over 25 years and is currently not operational. Its operational status is frankly unknown. Can two watches be sent in one shipment?
Hello Dan,
I hope you are well. I left you a voicemail regarding your omegas and would love to speak further. To answer your question, two watches can definitely be sent in the same box, I would just need to adjust that accordingly on my end. If you are ready to go ahead and order a WatchRepairPack, I will attach that link below.
I am here to answer any additional questions you may have, just feel free to reach out at our office number of 305-381-6343.

Hi Harriet,
Yes, I think getting a list of customer reviews and BBB ratings will help my wife feel more confident in your abilities and service level. It would be two watches — both requiring service. One is the old classic Omega that's my wife's, it used to work, but right now it's considered unfunctional and missing a hand-winding mechanism. Do you have an open-file for this estimate, maybe we can build a better exchange over email.

- Sibling brand: swisswatchrepair.com
- BBB profile (verified 21 May 2026): bbb.org/us/fl/miami/profile/watch-repair/watchrepairnet-llc-0633-92013772 — provided by Harriet 3:02 PM ET. URL slug confirms LLC entity registered in Miami FL, BBB business ID 92013772, BBB office 0633.
- CW21 verification: awci.com — American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute. Optional but possible to verify the watchmaker's certification directly.
- Trade context: Omega's official service network is the alternative. Authorized OMEGA service is more expensive (~$700-1,200 per Seamaster overhaul) but carries factory warranty + parts authenticity. Independent CW21-certified watchmakers like WatchRepair.net are the middle path — credentialed, often cheaper, no factory warranty.
